We decided to pay a visit to our daughter at Leeds University and several of our previous locations were fully booked. We were looking for somewhere close to the university and this was less than 10 minutes by car.It was just a bit longer to the centre of Leeds so overall a good location with off road parking and a continental breakfast included in the price - Wow !.We arrived in dismal conditions and met by a very friendly guy in reception (Martin) who explained its recent history.

Brilliant discovery! Clean and very comfortable
I needed a cheap place for an overnight stay. This was far better than I could have hoped for. Single bed en suite, clearly newly (and tastefully) decorated, spotless and a very comfy bed. Great shower too. Breakfast was ok (I had pre-booked the cooked breakfast) but I would probably just have the cereal and toast next time. If you are travelling by bus there is a bus stop outside but that route does NOT go into town. However it's only about 7 min to walk down the hill for frequent buses to Lee
Good quiet budget hotel. Value for money for a double room. Where you share the bathroom which was very clean.

Good stopover for one night
We had a 1 night stay - 2 rooms booked, they were adequate for this. Towels provided and the breakfast was nice and hot and the young lady who served us was very pleasant. Good value for money overall.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Felt welcome from the start. We booked the hotel for a birthday night out so we had four double rooms. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy too! The cafe bar was a great idea and very reasonably priced.
